Set Up Hub PC
Choose one PC to be the Hub (where WhatsApp stays connected).
Install on Hub PC:
- Download and install TallyWhatsApp
- Activate with your Gold license key
- Open Dashboard → Settings tab
- Set Mode to Hub
- Note the Pairing Code displayed
- Connect WhatsApp (scan QR code)
Hub PC Requirements: Windows 10/11, TallyPrime, always-on internet, stays powered on.
The hub broadcasts its IP automatically. Spokes on the same network will auto-discover it.

Set Up Spoke PCs
Install on all other Tally PCs that will send via the hub.
On each Spoke PC:
- Download and install TallyWhatsApp
- Open Dashboard → Settings tab
- Set Mode to Spoke
- Enter Hub PC's IP address (auto-discovered if on same network)
- Enter the Pairing Code from Hub
- Click Save & Connect
No WhatsApp needed on Spokes. The hub handles all WhatsApp connections. Spokes only need Tally.

Verify Connections
Check that all spokes can reach the hub:
- On each spoke: Dashboard shows "Connected to Hub ✓"
- Hub dashboard shows connected spokes list
- All PCs must be on the same LAN (or VPN)
Troubleshooting: If spokes can't connect, check Windows Firewall on hub allows port 8377.

Send Test Message
Test from any spoke PC:
- Open TallyPrime on a Spoke PC
- Create a Sales Voucher
- Press Alt+W (or WhatsApp button)
- Message goes: Spoke → Hub → WhatsApp → Customer
Done! All spokes now send through one WhatsApp. Check the Hub dashboard to see activity from all spokes.
